OK since Aegis Knight is coming out first, I will explain how to do an air grab combo with him
Keep in mind I did all of this in PRACTICE, so it should be easier to do in normal mode with the slight latency, or impossible.
Aegis knight actually has 3 ways to air grab
The first way is to simply dash attack during a combo, I recommend you get a good 3 hits in before doing it. Ronan will smack them with his shield and they will fly in the air, you need to jump and dash towards the enemy to grab them in the air(of course after pressing Z)
Another(near impossible) way for Ronan to air grab, is whilst attacking, he should launch them in the air with his sword, IMMEDIATELY stop and jump for the grab, this grab was REALLY hard to do, whenever I succeeded in it, I ended up on the floor.
He can also air grab after summoning that big monster thing he summons, although it's slightly harder.
Ayb knight
Ronans fourth job has about....4 air grab possibilitys.
You know that little ball thing he summons? Well you can use it to throw little mines down on the ground, these knock them in the air and if you're close enough it's a PERFECT oppurtinity to air grab. Unfortantely, the chances of someone walking into them are to little to abuse.
During ronans combo, dashing towards them will cause him to pound the ground, knocking them in the air, pressing further buttons will result in him blasting them away, DON'T DO THIS, after the shockwave, simply air grab.
My favorate way of air grab with him, is his white MP bar, soul wave. This sends out a shock wave toward the oppenent, and lifts them towards you, you can EASILY air grab with this skill, and even at a slight distance.
Ronans tornado skill can air grab as well...but why would you waste mp on this skill...?
RYANS FOURTH JOB
As far as I have been able to test, sentinel can NOT air grab, neither can viken.
Xenocider has an easy air grab, in ''dagger mode'', just dash attack in mid combo, and air grab them.
Magnus Dan
Ryans xenocider summon CAN air grab, believe it or not.There are 2 ways to air grab, but one is nearly IMPOSSIBLE so I wont even bother explaining it
Just use the first mp for magnus dan, and try to grab them in mid air.
Amy(muse)
As far as I've tried, Amy's first job can NOT air grab x_X but muse can.
In Amy(muse) fighting form(where she isn't playing that stupid violin). If you dash in her standard combo, it sets up an air grab. It is a bit harder to pull off, but with practice it CAN be mastered and abused.
Her first mp in her ''fighting'' form sets up an air grab as well....but it's really hard to do...and usually it doesn't knock them high enough to perform it, but you might as well try if you DO hit with a 1st mp bar :D
Dark Assasin:
Dark assasin falls in the lines of those ''near impossible'' air grabs, I'm still trying to learn this one but I cannot stand playing as DA...it fails SO loudly.
But during his combo, there's a way for him to claw upwards, which doesnt always knock them in the air, but when it does, prepare to rush for a grab faster than you would with circle blade, performing this air grab will actually keep you on the ground. Yeah, it's that hard, harder than AK's and magnus's secondary air grabs...this can NOT be abused, and is EXTREMELY hard, and flat out useless.

I don't have much experience with free/trial desktop recorders since I bought one pretty early on, but I heard hypercam and fraps are good ones to use. You can also use a simple movie editor like Windows Movie Maker to piece together clips.

With windows movie maker wouldn't I have to do frame by frame animation? If I had a trial movie maker that only made like 10 seconds of footage I'd have to make A LOT of videos..I'm not sure if that's allowed.

No, if you have a rendered AVI file from a program such as fraps or Guncam, you can import it into Movie Maker as "clips" and put it together... You can separate any clip into any segment for editing purposes.
Also, I heard Xfire has a video capture option, but I've never tried it.

Yeah, or any other recorder. But still, if you have $20 to waste (it's really not that much if you plan on making a lot of videos) I recommend Growler Guncam at http://www.growlersoftware.com.
Also in Movie Maker you can add transition effects like fading, as well as titles, sound effects, music, etc. It's pretty decent for a free program.
Well I made a video for Aegis Knight using fraps, it's uploading now, if it works I'll try to do the more complicated things.
Edit: OMG THIS IS TAKING FREAKING FOREVER TO UPLOAD x_X I sure hope ALL of them don't take long, it's been like 10 minutes now? Although youtube has been very laggy for me recently..

fraps records in an insanely large format as to be pretty close to lossless
under the options you should change around stuff so that it records like, 640x480, turn down sound quality, etc
