(Ok, so im writing this guide to display some tips on how to play Ronan, in both PVE and PVP for those who are having problems in one way or another with bringing out his full potential.  As I've leveled mine up to 29, I have some experience.  Feel free to add your own input on the guide, and If this guide is active, I will update it every now and again. xD.  Also, keep in mind that this is my first time ever writing a guide for any game so, bear with me.  Thanks ^_^('''\. )

PVP
_______

Ok, so first off.....know that I don't do alot of "heavy" PVP, as in I am not a big fan of PVP in Grand Chase heh.  But, I do have experience in PVPing, and feel that I am "ok" at it, as in I can hold my own in PVP xD

GENERAL:

In general, whenever you get the chance and are free of getting flat downed.  All over the place, use Holy Bless.  Try to keep it up as often as possible, because the attack boost you get from it should automatically tell you, that it would help out alot.  Though, there are times that you would rather use Rune Spiral, you know....when someone was right infront of you.

Try to get in close with your dash, and do the dashing attack.  Get either a throw, or a couple of whacks in and dash off.  The ol hit and run tactic may seem to be "cheap" to some, but alls fair in love and war, right?

ARME:

Well against Arme, what you pretty much want to do is keep the pressure on her by constantly staying in her face and using your combo on her.  By combo I mean one of the Z Z Z Z Z combo, and the Z Z Z ^(Up) Z Z.  Make sure to jump alot while in range of the Petrify, otherwise it could end up being brutal.   Grabbing works good, in this situation probably better than combos, and if you do decide to combo it isn't likely you will have time to finish the entire thing, so get what you can get done to her and dash away quickly.  Another good tip while dashing is to hit Dash, Backwards(the opposite direction your character is dashing), and Z to use Ragna Bolt.  Its a good way to keep the heat off you.

LIRE:

You should start off, by first knowing incase you didn't, that yes Ronan is STILL a Knight, so he can defend against arrows.   He can't berserk like Elesis, but he can still defend against arrows.   So, thats what you want to do!  Dash alot toward the Lire, to once again put pressure on.  Both Ronan and Elesis have great dash speed, so this should be easy enough to do.  As soon as you get in, try for Grab, unless the Lire jumps.  If she jumps, jump with her, and slash because more than likely she is going to start spamming Stomp.  As both of you come down, dash in and try for another grab or a dashing attack followed by a combo.  Don't forget your Holy Bless, when and if you find time to use it, and Rune Spiral, which also works after dashing in, rather than a grab or combo just incase the Lire charges a Death Blow(Special skill).

ELESIS:

Against Elesis, its Knight vs Magic Knight!  What you should do in this situation as dash in and rather than going for a grab, or combo, instantly dash in the opposite direction and fire a Ragna Bolt toward her because she will more than likely be doing the same to you, only she can't fire a Ragna Bolt, and you can.  After the Ragna Bolt hits, Jump at them and slash down, while getting ready to chain together a combo, or a Grab.   Try to use the Hit and Run tactic here, because Elesis is rather fast as dashing....just as fast as you.  Remember while in close, almost every Elesis likes to use Mega Slash(First Special), because its easy enough to get Mana for.  Well, the same goes for your Rune Bolt, whenever going toe to toe with an Elesis, a great skill to use in this situation is Rune Bolt, because it will protect you from her Mega Slash.  Once both of your specials complete, try for a grab because thats probably what Elesis is going to do to.

vs Ronan!

Mirror match! What tha?! Well use the Elesis strategy to an extent, while keeping in mind of watching out for Ragna Bolt.  In this match, it really comes down to Who has the better skill/or gear(in some situations).  Keep Holy Bless up, so you smack yourself around with harder hits, trying to frequently grab if your combos are failing you.  Remember that Ragna Bolt is your friend.

PVE Dungeons!

Well, since this guide is just starting out I wont exactly go into Dungeon by Dungeon but rather just General tips on being a better Ronan all around.  Maybe if this Guide gets good feed back, I will make one in the future that lists Dungeon by Dungeon stratagys.

1:  The first, and foremost tip...the most important of all the tips that I can give you, is to Keep Holy Bless Up, on your teammates and yourself at all times.  Can't stress that enough, as it is a very very nice skill and every Elesis/Lire/Other Ronan love it, because 2 Blesses, stack.  And it increases attack enough to be noticable ^_^.

2:  Your MP bar will raise rather quickly, so don't be afraid to use Kanavan Strike(Third Level Fencing/Black Magic Sword Skill).  It is a great AOE that does a high ammount of damage, to the monsters within the radius.  Try to save this for when you have a bunch bunched up on platforms above you, and on your level within range.

3:  Lunatic Force(Third Level White Magic Skill) is a good skill to use sometimes, in situations where you have other Ronan's in your party.  Have one of you use Lunatic Force to freeze a monster, usually works best on a boss in place.  While whichever didn't, uses Kanavan Strike to do heavy damage and knock the monster/boss up into the air for a juggle.  This tactic works better on a boss, as I said because as stated above, Kanavan Strike pwns normal monsters.  Note: Keep in mind, that some bosses are Immune to be Frozen in place, but still Lunatic Force does alot of damage.  Just be warned, its hard to hit with.  So when you cast, try to dash in close to the boss so that it doesn't have to travel far to hit.  You have a higher chance of hitting that way.

I won't go into the basics or anything, that everyone knows about with the Jumping, Danger, blah blah.  Just jump, and dash away from the Danger.

4:  Ragna Bolt works great in PVE, because it does a small ammount of damage.  At level 29, currently I can hit for 140ish with my Ragna Bolt from behind, and thats even on Gaikoz.  If you get good enough with it, it does become spammable and works rather great when dashing away from a boss, because it will still hit for some damage, while you get to safety.

5:  Juggling, is also a very great source of damage, and a good way to build up your MP Guage fast.  If you time it right after the Z Z Z ^(Up) Z Z Z Z etc, launcher, while repeating 2 or 3 strikes, before hitting up to launch again, you can juggle for a very long on non boss or non heavy monsters.  The best part about it is, you can juggle how ever many monsters  you can have bunched up.

6: Should of put this before, but oh well.  Your main combo that you should be doing is just Z Z Z Z Z, make sure to be really close so the Energy Slaps hit.  Also, this does a considerable ammount of damage from behind, and its the main combo I use myself, on bosses, heavy monsters that you can't juggle, etc.  Its a great source of damage ^_^

(Thats it so far, give me feedback on what you think, or any changes I should make!  PS.  Please don't flame here, because this is meant to be informational, and to help players out who are having a hard time with Ronan, or even seasoned pros.  Thanks ^_^)

Well, you said ragna bolt is great because it does little damage. That's not a good reason it is good. Also, ragna bolt doesn't got alot of range, so it's best to use it, to keep out of a heat area.

The thing about only using 5 hit combo, is the problem that the beginning of the last two hits got a delay. The player has to also note that they shouldn't be attacking continuously only, because that is certain death on the better dungeons.

Also note that Arme's fireball is line dominance. This is because of the fireball being to travel to one side of the area to the other, from where it is shot. So, they should always stay above or below the Arme, and surprise by going up.

Well, that is all i can think of, and i think this is a rather good guide. Keep it up.

Nice guide

Suggestion

Lunatic Force Deal more dmg if ther are more Mob in the same place (e.g If there have 2 mob in the same place both move will be affected by the freeze - that means first time dmg the sphere , second dmg is the splash dmg - that means ea splash deal ea mob) in this form u can deal more than +600 dmg to ea mob

Blast Bomb deal great dmg as i thing i always use that vs Gaikoz deal around 60 dmg x 5 times + some fire dmg(without cash items) when Lunatic force deal the same dmg

U can use in this form zzzz(hold in the first slaps) left (to make doble atk) and release when u make the dmg of aerial and u will see the mob flying and make him the dmg in the ground by the Bomb

This combo is the same as elesis with sword fire MP2

You sure the person you are fighting is not letting you win because I let people win if I feel there being too much of a pain to deal with !

If I go all out in PVP with it being no holds bar I do not want anyone complaining or saying 1 vs 1 .

( Finally got 1000+ post yea me ! )

You said to jump a lot around arme and lire, but keep in mind that they have great area spells, like Land Scamper, Arrow Rain, Shooting Star, Blizzard, Poison Cloud, White Winds, and Big Rush :D (All are 2nd bar spells except Blizzard, so they need some MP) Besides that, nice tips :D

Good tips.

Though I have 3 things to add:

Holy Bless isN't that great still you don't hit for like an average of 50-70 or so, or at least I only know that when I hit about 15 with my first hit it only raised it by 2 which isn't much to be worth it I think but I don't know when exactly is getting worth to use.

Also you should only use Holy is many people are around you (in PVE) at least 2 other I think.

And for second, you could note that Kanavan can do damage to mosnters bellow the platform you start it and actually drag them up for a lower than maximum damage.

And for against Lire, I dunno but I felt like you want them to run at them frontally where I would say they should rather do a surprise attack and then chase them wisely but I am not that good against LIres, most likely cause there is so much meele rooms and rarely met them and I haven't really played it so I don't know how she works.

Also your tips are only for SK and from Ronan I thought it will be for all jobs but whatever.

Oh and dunno but ragna bolt hits for quite high damage (highest damge in combos I think) but can't be done repeadetly or you mean low damage over time?

But you pretty much said what I think, maybe you could say that they should not dash attack if they are not capable of juggling.

And once again I ended up writing more than I was to.
