GameGuard Error

Error 7c. The GameGuard.des file is missing or has been modified. Please reinstall the game. I reinstalled the game so many times and it still doesn't work.

When you extracted and installed your game, did you happen to save it in a different place that has another GameGuard installed?  Try installing it to a different place (or it's default location).

After reading around and using the search function, it doesn't seem like any admins/mods/tech replied with a proper solution.  Through google, other games had a similar problem.  You can try deleting (or move it to a different location outside the GrandChase folder) the gameguard.des file and let it auto/self install the moment it patches.

 

Well I tried deleting and moving it to a different location........and still doesn't work....still gameguard.des error :( Am I the only one with this problem?

nope alot of ppl are having the "7c" error, but nobody is working on it....I even looked it up for Grandchase being played in other countries, and they still have problems....I even tried one of their suggestions and deleted the whole gameguard folder and update it....lol stupid thing redownloaded the incomplete gameguard folder (again)....lol
