every time i load the game i push start, this window pops up sais main.exe stopped working and it just closes i have tried a lot of things but it doesn't seem to work. anyone know what i should do?

Heres my evaluation:
1. I have Windowes Vista, 32 Bit Operateing System, all specs match.
2.i have Trend Micro Security Pro, and it said theres was a Quarintined file KncCrashRpt.dll, inside the main Grand Chase folder.
i did nothing to it, however, and i open up the Patcher and after i click "Start" it says "Main.exe has stopped working"
i hope this helps him as well, since i think this might help you guys solve the problem sooner.

Well, I know Grand Chase isn't Vista compatible, so that might be a problem.
As for Trend Micro Security Pro, try finding a way to stop it from quarantining the file.
Although, don't trust me too much. Global is the main person involved in Tech Support.

Oh, XD i've played this game for many months with vista full running works great. but, my Battery ran out on my laptop, while i was in Gorgos Dungeon. after that, i could not play.
And also, this HAS to be a crash file, for 3 reasons.
1. What game names a file "KncCrashrpt.dll?
2.Trend Micro says it contains a VIRUS
3. i dont want my OS being erased just like my desktop, this is my VERY last computer, so im not taking any chances whatsoever of letting a virus loose. this may have been because of my batteries, somebody hacked me, and sent a file into my game to make it stop working?

If you told me where, we can work towards a solution.
