Requirements

Check to see if your computer meets with the game's requirements.  Make sure your drivers are all up-to-date.  I highly suggest you meet with the Recommended Requirements.

Driver Check List for Windows XP

Driver Check List for Windows Vista

Adobe Flash Player
Adobe Flash player is required for in-game Cash Shop purchases and Gachapon (also known as Gacha).  You can download Adobe Flash Player at http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/, compatible for both Windows XP and Windows Vista.  If you're experiencing some technical difficulties with Cash Shop or Gachapon, please be sure you're using the newest Internet Explorer 8 Beta as your main browser.  If you don't have Internet Explorer 8 Beta, you may download it at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/internet-explorer/beta/worldwide-sites.aspx?icid=ie8_asdf123.

On Windows XP:

Go to "Start" find "Run", select it, in the prompt box type "dxdiag", select the third tab that says "display", all video card information is displayed there

On Windows Vista:

Go to the Windows Icon on the bottom right, go to "search", type in "dxdiag", when it comes up select it. Select the second tab that says "Display"

If the topic is pinned and opened, then it's always available for discussion.  When something is pinned, then it was never dead, thus - its impossible to 'necro' something that's been alive.

Also, if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all.  The community of Grand Chase is already horrible with people calling everyone else (whether if they're newbies or professionals) names.  Keep GC clean.

How do you run Grandchase as Administrator?

Find Grand Chase in your start menu, right click the Grand Chase icon, and select Open File Location. In this folder, find main.exe first, right click and select Properties. In this window there are four tabs on the top. Select the tab that says Compatibility. Now on this window look down, close to the bottom, you should see "Run this program as an administrator."  Check the box beside it and press the OK button. Next if not already done so, find GrandChase.exe and same thing, right click>Properties>Compatibility>Run this program as an administrator.

It should work now. If you don't see "Run this program as an administrator" then you are not an administrator account on the computer, and ask your parent or whoever is the owner of the computer to do this on their account.

I did this. Someone help me please :]

So, I load the client and it's all "Patch Initializing" and I wait for it to go. The bottom bar loads to 100% and then GF exits by itself. Can someone help me here?

I tried reinstalling and it seems that the game works only after I press "Launch" from the last step of the installation window.

What to do, what to do. I also meet all the system requirements.
