If your game constantly crashes or is having problems loading anything, or is restarting your computer for no reason, here's how to write a post that helps both you and those trying to help you.

System Specifications: This is VERY important. We (the community willing to help) need to know about your computer. All the information can easily be found by going to start-->run-->dxdiag-->yes

We generally need the following information:

Operating System, Processor type/speed, Video card, video driver version, Total RAM (Memory), Direct X version

Next go to My Computer, right click the C: harddrive and click properties. What we need to know is the Used space and free space and how long you've had that computer.

Next, we need some networking information.

1. What anti-virus are you using?

2. What firewall are you using?

3. If you use a router, which type?

3a. Did you portforward? If no, refer to 3b.

3b. Did you set the router to DMZ the LAN IP?

FINALLY, your report on what happened.

Give us a detailed explanation of what happened before the error occurred.

If possible screenshot it. To do this, you must press "PrtScn" on the top right of your keyboard, open Paint and press ctrl+V. Then save and upload to photobucket and paste it in the report.

If not, get a piece of paper and write down the EXACT error as well as the error message.

If you follow these steps, we all can help you fix your problem MUCH, MUCH faster.
