Sorry to sound selfish, but as an author I love recieving feedback.. it's my motivator; I stated that several times in the topic. One person reading isn't enough to pull out my notebook and make roughdrafts of possible chapters.

Suit yourself then.  I get little feedback for mine, yet I intend to finish it for myself, not just the public.  Sure it's a motivator and would make me write more frequently, but I like my own story enough to tell it to whoever will listen, even if that's no one.
