I was crafting a holy rune and got all my materials, after I crafted it says successfully made and clicked on complete.  Then I couldn't find the rune I just made and I still seeing the scroll.  When I look in there I noticed I didn't lose any materials so I clicked on "craft" again but a pop up saying "There's error in crafting" so I decided to restart the game.

After that I relog in the scroll was there but my materials got taken away and I didn't get the rune that I crafted.
