To the staff of Grand Chase, I'm pretty sure you've seen me a lot in the Grand Chase Tech Forum a lot of times. The bugs and technical issues has been various because I rarely know the source of the problem since people provide minimal information about their inquiries. There is one major issue that I've noticed, and that's your installation file.
Go to your Grand Chase Download page at
http://grandchase.ntreev.net/Download/gamedownload.aspx. Through first hand experience and multiple reports, I've noticed that certain installation files provided by your Mirrors contained incompatible or corrupted files. Though the patch should update them all to be identical, the patch seems to fail before it could even start. I understand that this could be caused by the individual's computer specifications themselves, but whenever I tell them to download from a different mirror, most of the time it works.
That said, and not knowing which mirror is corrupted, I highly recommend re-uploading your installation files to be all up to date.

+ FileFront hasn't been updated since March 17, 2008
+ GameBoarder hasn't been updated since March 13, 2008
+ AusGamer hasn't been updated since January 30, 2008.
+ GamersHell hasn't been updated since February 6, 2008.
There are only two recent installation files that has been uploaded, but they require either a registration or a paid subscription
+ MMOSite has been updated at September 3, 2008.
+ FilePlanet, which requires at least a paid subscription of $6.95 for a month, has been updated at June 5, 2008.
From what I've been telling many people in the Grand Chase Tech Forum, I always suggest they download from MMOSite before I go on with any procedures to fix their problem. To bypass that first procedure, do you mind reuploading to all your mirrors the same updated installation file with as many fixed bugs already installed to prevent repetitive common errors?
I am also aware that this should be posted in the Suggestions Forum, but they are rarely viewed by the officials of Grand Chase. The 1:1 Support has been reported ages ago, but never answered. The email to accountadmin@ntreevusa.com has never been responded for almost a month. Therefore, I'm posting this in the General Discussion Forum since it's most commonly visted by the GMs. Sorry for the off topic post, but at least it's a Grand Chase General Discussion topic.
