So i read and reread the bonus recharge event. From what it says "And for everyone we're giving away bonuses to all recharges made until the 28th of October! Recharges made with the Ntreev game Card will get a 20% bonuc with no limits! regular recharges will receive a 10% bonus with no limits!" here is the important part "These bonuses will be distributed automatically to your account!"
so my dillema is...why did i not get the 10% extra guranteed to me? Automatically means, that it is inputed wiht your purchase. Even if your website is wrong, that is definitly false advertising, so I really think if it is supposed to be distributed on the 28th it should say so, but that is not the case. so can I please get my guranteed money please...
