I don't get it... I purchased $20 worth of ntreev cash but i haven't received the cash on my account but my credit card providers shows that ntreev took $20 dollars. I thought that it was a small problem and it could be easily resolved if i messaged 1:1 support or send an email to info@ntreevusa.com. I sent an email/message on september 28th.. and today is october 9th. It seems that ntreev "stole" 20 dollars from me and im outraged.. i paid 20 dollars or absolutely nothing, if anything i paid money for the stress im going through rightn now. I know its just 20 dollars but still... Is there anything else i can do? why hasn't ntreev replied to my message as of yet.

i am going through the exact same thing, my money vanished into thin air, and my bank told me i cant take it back, i have to wait until they acknowledge they even took it

I don't think they accept gift cards, and they cant send money back to gift cards either ..
