Like I said, you'll be at Gaikoz for a while. At your level, Gaikoz is the best source of exp. You'll get your seals and frags in the process, and even the levels needed to get you closer to 30. Or you know, just don't do it. You don't need to get the job change.....unless you want the others.

 

 

Boy I wonder how many people are gonna cry on how hard Amy's quest is.

You know, not everyone enjoy grinding the same dungeon over and over.

Cashing the job allows me to choose where to level afterwards, and this freedom rocks. Being locked to a dungeon because of a year-long quest you must complete to get your 2nd job is just... annoying, and stupid. Its not even hard, its just plain boring. This guy is right, get it into your head.

It doesn't change the fact that he is going to grind it, without much other choice unfortunatley, but he isn't going to like it. I know I didn't.

"Deal with it" ... He is dealing with it, in his own way.

 

As for Amy, yeah, they are going to give us one hell of a grindastic disasterrific mission for her. Even more so than Ryan's, because they know everyone wants Amy.

It will be the lamest GP mission ever... I can feel it...

(unless they will surprise us for the better with a challenge mission Ronan/Lass style? I wonder)

I agree with Arinoa. Everyone wants Amy, and the world chat will be filled with spam about "I want Amy".

Anyways, Ive done the 2nd job up 3 times, about 6 hours-12 hours each. I know a lot of these guys have done the gp 2nd job quest for every character. Yeah, the 3rd job to get Warlock took me about 42+ hours, all done in 2 days.

 Yeah he's complaining 'bout the fragments so what. Shows he's a newbie with a brain, you darn smartasses (excuse the language but you deserve it this time).

I'm sure you've all been appalled in the past about the job change quest, like when you first recieved it. I know I was. Though the fragments were not what bothered me, rather the seals.. oh those cursed seals.. (hm, maybe I can kidnap orochimaru from naruto to produce free seals, good idea *writes down*). 

Anyway, me, cashing all my other job changes after Elesis' 2nd which I GPed. That should say it all 'bout those GP missions. A grindfest is just not to my liking... I only do it when i'm in the mood, and i'm usually not.

(how on earth did I collect all 20 trunks for ryan god only knows, it just sort of happened)  

Each person reacts diffrently, just because most of us proceeded to grind like fools doesn't mean everyone will. Its a valid complaint in this case.

Calling me a smartass? Perhaps he shouldn't start coming on the forums complaining about something so insignificant. 300 Fragments are NOT HARD TO GET. You are right, when I first got the quest I saw the number 300 and did a backwards flip, however you didn't see me running onto the forums going "oh em eff gee Ntreev should change the game". No I sucked it up and did it, and guess what? IT WASN'T SO BAD! Imagine that! 300 fragments went by quickly! Perhaps if he wants a reason to complain, he should complain about the other quests that are worse than the first job quest. Use your god damn head.

for frags just solo gaikoz 1 star after you get all your seals

Hes right, I got 46 frags in two days, unfortunately, I only have 1 seal -.-

Also for the fact that it takes a while to get fragments, doing full really helps. I do gaikoz castle over and over again, but it is just so boring and 80% of the time I don't get a seal at all. Note that I said 80% so I might cash it. Another question, do I sound like a noob right now?

Yeah i've already been informed on that. I wouldn't commit suicide though, i'd just cash it. Which is what they most likely intended with such absurd missions. 300 times grinding dungeons? lol, thats too sick. Can't believe Ntreev actually did that, very shamefull, its literally saying: "There is no GP mission for 2nd job, buy it with cash".

Are you people seriously intending to go on a path someone has set for you without questioning it? I don't know, when something strikes me as wrong I will go ahead and say it.

Lorias: It wasn't just you specifically. I quoted you there to say your comment made me laugh. Yeah, so you, like me, proceeded to grind Gaikoz "happily". For you it wasn't so bad maybe, but with my luck it took forever to get the seals, and it was boring as hell.

Go read a little back, like - the first post. And see why the OP posted this here, its because his quest says 300, and he did one dungeon and got only 2 frags. Unlucky run perhaps, but thats what made him complain, its not like he first ran straight here to say "omg wtf 300 frags, you nub ntreev change it or I quit! lolz" . So you can be understanding, rather than a smartass, sorry.

Notice after he was informed that he can get more frags per run and that he was just unlucky at first then he calmed down and is probably already at 2nd job now. Maybe. Since he's not posting here anymore...

So because one simple thing goes wrong your first thought is to go complaining to the general public? What ever happened to extensive trying before you complain about things. If I'm going to complain about something as stupid as that, I'm going to test a few runs first to make sure it's just luck and not the actual system.

I did 11 runs of hell bridge before I got a sword. If It would have gone onto about 20-30 runs, I'd have said something. 11 runs is just bad luck, 30-40 runs is getting into the point of maybe something is wrong. If he actually took the time to do more than 1 freaken run, perhaps he wouldn't have had to post in the first place.

1st of all, i wrote both because you are both. Newb is a new player to the game while Noob is a not so intellegient or "good" in the game.
All day...dude grinding for 1-3 hours is easy.

No life...sad story....yo have no idea of my life weekends time.
