Same problem here. I redemmed a Ntreev cash card and now I'm having the same problem, except my account says the transaction went through.

I don't think it's region related since my friend is from the USA and he charged 10k cash today. He didn't receive any errors at all he sees the amount of cash he has etc. Aside from that i know that there is a difference... he paid with paypal and i paid with a pre-paid card(Wallie since I'm from The Netherlands)... Which method did you guys use to buy cash?

 

Ok, I logged in just then and the problem has fixed itself on my end... Is it still happening for any of you or is it fixed globally?

its fixed in ohio as well =) of corse i just used 12k of 20 on trickster =( but i play that to and got bika and the sheep pet so all is cool =)

Well, as far as I'm concerned, the bug is not fixed. True, my cash is displayed, but if I try to buy something (and I thank god I started with nutrients I as a test), my cash is deducted, but I get no item. Re-logging doesn't solve the problem either. Has anyone of you actually tried buying something? If so, same experience, or is it just me?

I bought some nutrients as a test... But it may be because I already HAVE some nutrients (like, 1 hour left) it gave me my item by simply adding to the time.

I haven't tried buying a brand new one yet. I also do know that other people have had the same problem you're experiencing. So yeah, it's definitely not 100% clear yet.

It may not be fixed for everyone. There's still some flakiness going on but it's fixed for SOME. If your cash is still gone, check your balance via the website instead.
