GMChaos:we've identified serveral other players experiencing the same error. It doesn't seem to be default browser specific but it may take some time for us to see what is causing that error. In the meantime, if anyone else is experiencing the same error, please feel free to reply to this thread.
In the meantime, try reboot and then try again. If the problem is solved, please feel free to let us know on thread as well.
I've been able to fully replicate the error on a different computer. The game works perfectly fine, so it's something to do from within the account. Is there a settable flag somewhere that can be cleared on the account? Rebooting has not helped.
It's definitely something to do with a tie in to the browser or how the game handles the hook in. Manually logging onto the ntreev.net website and checking account balance shows the correct totals. It was naturally fine pre-patch, and this issue has only happened post-patch.
A little bit of information that may help: I asked my girlfriend, who is currently within the USA (I'm in Australia), to log in on my account and check. From her end, everything is as it should be. From my end, no matter what computer I try it on, I'm unable to see my cash and get the browser bug. Could this be something region related?
Do note that I am not in a blocked/banned region either.
UPDATE: Ok, it is DEFINITELY something region block related. I've tested by bouncing my connection through the USA and the bug has fixed itself on my end. Removing the bounce and connecting directly from Australia, the bug reappears. You may want to look at the IP block list.
