I'd say that would work nicely. My reason for saying that is because even counting the wind necklace many player will have a very hard time getting it to +7. Aside from that I think this guild may do well. Once you fix that up I'll swing by again and look it over. ^_^
Also make sure not to change things you want just because of me. I may know how things work for me but they may not work for you. Remember that the biggest part on getting a guild to work is making it work the way you want to.
